Step 1:
Power wash the entire area to be painted and/or stained prior to application of coating(s)
Step 2:
Inspect the area to be painted for cracks, holes, peeling paint, damage, stains, etc.
Step 3:
Cover all windows, light fixtures, walkways, concrete, plants, shrubbery, and any other areas that need protection.
Step 4:
Begin prepping area(s) to be painted by applying caulking, stucco patch and/or spackling where needed. Scraping and sanding and using additional materials to assist in the preparation of paint application when necessary.
Step 5:
Spot prime any raw wood, water stains, rust stains, and any type of bleeding or burn through. Full primer application when necessary.
Step 6:
Spray one coat of paint and back roll one coat for a total of two coats to ensure even penetration of the application.
STEP 7:
Clean up all work areas in a professional manner so that you may enjoy your newly painted property..

Step 5:
Apply two coats of finish in all areas to be painted. Either by spray or roll, and brush work.
Step 6:
Clean up all work areas in a professional manner so that you can enjoy your newly painted home or business.
